This album is the result of Andrzej Strumiłło’s journey to Nepal. Among other things, the author accompanied there the Polish Himalayan expedition, which in 1974 reached the virgin Kangbachen peak in the Khangchendzonga massif. Most of the photos posted here are black and white.  The photographs were taken in a masterly manner, reflecting the spirit and atmosphere of this fascinating Himalayan country. The release of this album in the difficult 80's on the publishing market was of quite a technical challenge.
